Erin Madison grew up in Marine on St. Croix and currently lives in Stillwater with her husband and her 3 boys. Erin has been baking bread for her friends and family ever since she learned how to make sourdough a few years ago. She also has a bread stand at the end of her driveway, where she sells bread to her neighbors. Making sourdough has turned into one of her favorite hobbies, and she loves to share the joy she gets out of making it with others!
