This class will open for registration during our Fall Festival on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
Flower essences are natural vibrational remedies made from the energetic imprint of flowers. Unlike essential oils or herbal extracts, flower essences do not rely on the chemical properties of the plant. Instead, they are believed to work on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels to support health and wellness, balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Oxymels are an ancient herbal remedy that combines vinegar and honey to create a delicious and effective wellness tonic. Used for centuries across various traditional healing systems, oxymels offer a unique way to extract, preserve, and enjoy the therapeutic properties of herbs. Oxymels enhance more of the nutritional aspects of the plant than tinctures do, which can further enhance the plant's healing potential.
In this hands-on class, you will create your own herbal oxymel to take home, gaining practical experience in selecting herbs and preparing a balanced formula. We will also make a flower essence together, and each participant will take home a bottled essence. Sample recipes and educational handouts will be provided.
