Embellished Felt Ornaments

Design and create your own custom felt ornament to give as a gift or keep for yourself! We will use felt, sequins, beads, and embroidery to bring a design from your own imagination to life. 

 

During class, we’ll go over basic embroidery stitches and options for embellishment, create a pattern, and learn how to stitch our ornaments together. You’ll leave with a brand new ornament—or the supplies to complete your in-progress ornament if you need more time—plus the skills and inspiration to create a whole tree of custom, embellished felt ornaments! 

 

About the Instructor: Sarah Lee  

 

Instructor will provide the following: 

All class supplies, including felt, sequins, beads, embroidery needles and thread.

 

Students are asked to bring:

• optional: sharp fabric scissors 
• Since your class runs over the lunch hour, we recommend you bring lunch or click HERE to learn about local eating opportunities. 

 

Skill Level 

No experience required. 

 

Age Recommendation 

Students ages 18 and older are welcome to attend this class.
