Fused Glass Jewelry Workshop

Join Twin Cities-based glass artist Susan Tracy for a hands-on workshop where you’ll design and create 4 unique fused-glass necklaces—perfect for holiday gifting or adding something new to your own jewelry collection.

In this class, you'll learn the basics of glass fusing along with different techniques for each project. You'll work with colorful sheet and accessory glass, reactive glass, and sparkly materials like dichroic flakes and silver while exploring layering and design. Your designs will be fused for you after class by the instructor in her studio, and mounted on silver-plated findings. You'll also receive a silver-plated chain for each necklace.

You will be notified when your completed jewelry projects are available for pick-up at Marine Mills Folk School a few weeks after class.
