In this class, you will learn how to make fire cider, exploring each ingredient and its many uses. Fire cider is an ancient folk medicine known for its respiratory and immune-supportive properties. Learn why this healing elixir can be a protective ally during cold and flu season.
Every participant will take home a 16 oz. jar of their own uniquely blended fire cider along with handouts for future home kitchen fire cider.
