Instructor Aleksandra Schmelig
A warm‑season twist on a famous Polish classic, this hands‑on workshop invites participants to roll up their sleeves and dive into making fruit‑filled dumplings called pierogi from scratch. You will learn how to mix and knead a dough and will explore bright, autumnal fruit fillings, including apples spiced with cinnamon and plums.
Participants will shape, seal, and cook their pierogi, discovering tips for achieving tender dough, balanced fillings, and beautiful edges. Along the way, we’ll talk about regional traditions, summertime variations, and serving ideas that highlight the natural sweetness of the fruit.
Everyone leaves with recipes, new skills, and a plate full of warm pierogi that taste like autumn.
