Introduction to Medicinal Mushrooms - Saturday, February 28, 2026

In this class, students will explore the medicinal properties of a variety of wild mushrooms and their extracts. Together, we’ll perform a dual extraction and create a tincture while discussing best practices and learning how to avoid common hazards in the delicate process of making mushroom tonics.

 

Your instructor will provide the following:

• Mushrooms for extraction
• tincturing bottles
• extraction processing equipment

 

Students are asked to bring:

• Aprons

Skill Level 

No experience required. 

 

Age Requirement

Students ages 12 and older are welcome to attend this class. Ages 12-17 must register with another registered adult.
